Any commercial or unauthorized application constitutes misuse and voids all warranties.
4.3 Proper Use Only
You will operate the device only as instructed and will follow all operational guidelines, maintenance recommendations, and safety warnings.
4.4 No Unauthorized Modifications
You will not modify, disassemble, tamper with, or attempt any unauthorized repair of the device.
Opening or altering internal components voids all warranties.
4.5 Safe Operating Conditions
You will not:
• Operate the device with the lid open
• Exceed the designed capacity
• Use incompatible accessories
• Expose the device to liquids, impact, or hazardous environments
4.6 Assumption of Risk for Misuse

• Appears to be placed for non-personal use
Rotengin™ is not obligated to fulfill any unverifiable or high-risk order.
11.2 Locked Order Information
To protect payment security:
• Billing details, payment method, and shipping address cannot be changed after checkout
• Rotengin™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
11.3 Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact Rotengin™ first.
Filing a chargeback for matters covered by our Return Policy or Limited Warranty is considered improper use of the chargeback process.
A chargeback may be deemed invalid if:
• The carrier confirms delivery
• The customer provided incorrect shipping information
• The issue relates to buyer’s remorse
• The product was used improperly or outside personal household use
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders and reporting to payment processors or industry fraud-prevention databases.
11.4 Void Transactions
A transaction is void and not binding if:

• Fraudulent or inaccurate information was submitted
• A system error processed a transaction that should not have been approved
Rotengin™ has no obligation to fulfill void or fraudulent orders.
SECTION 12 – Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
12.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions and operational factors.
12.2 Shipping Requirements
Rotengin™ ships only to valid physical U.S. residential or business addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Rotengin™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
• Incorrect, outdated, or autofilled addresses
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Carrier inability to deliver
• Address changes requested after processing
Some orders may require adult signature for safety verification or high-value shipments.
12.3 Undeliverable Packages (RTS)
If a package is returned to Rotengin™ due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, it may be reshipped once:
- The returned package is received;
- The customer provides a corrected address; and
- The customer pays the applicable reshipping fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
12.4 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
Rotengin™ is not liable for:
• Packages lost due to address errors
• Theft or misdelivery after a package is marked “Delivered”
• Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved
Carrier tracking marked “Delivered” constitutes proof of delivery.
12.5 Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery.
Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours, including photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
12.6 Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Rotengin™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, labor issues, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
Delivery timelines may be extended during such events.
SECTION 13 – Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
13.1 All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Rotengin™ does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect orders submitted by the customer
• Compatibility, preference, or performance expectations
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Only cases involving Rotengin™ error (incorrect item, missing components, or shipping damage) may qualify for replacement.

13.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered fulfillment or had a shipping label generated.
Once fulfillment begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
To request cancellation before fulfillment, contact support@rotengin.com immediately.
13.3 Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items (Our Error Only)
If you receive the wrong item, incorrect color/model, missing components, or a product damaged in transit, you must notify Rotengin™ within 48 hours of delivery at support@rotengin.com, and provide:
• Photos of all items received
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box
• Your order number and tracking details
To qualify for replacement, incorrect items must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opening or using an incorrect item will be considered acceptance of the product and disqualifies it from replacement.
Rotengin™ will, at its discretion:
• Ship the correct item
• Provide missing components
• Replace items damaged in transit
Replacement — not refund — is the exclusive remedy under this section.
Rotengin™ may require return of incorrect items only if they remain unopened and unused before issuing a replacement.
13.4 Defective Devices
If you believe your device is defective, you must contact support within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
Rotengin™ will first provide troubleshooting support.
If a defect is confirmed, a replacement device will be issued.
• Refunds are not provided for defective devices
• Rotengin™ does not repair devices or provide spare parts
13.5 Return Shipping Responsibility
For any item authorized for return due to a Rotengin™ error, shipping instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs may be covered or credited at Rotengin’s discretion.
SECTION 14 – Limited Warranty (30 Days)
Rotengin™ provides a 30-day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended household use.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
14.1 What the Warranty Covers
During the 30-day warranty period, Rotengin™ will replace (at our sole discretion) any device that is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, including:
• Device failing to power on
• Motor not spinning under no-load testing
• Charging failure
• Electronic/control malfunctions
Replacement is the exclusive remedy. Refunds are not provided.
14.2 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
• Misuse, abuse, dropping, impact, or improper handling
• Overloading the device or forcing the motor
• Operating with the lid open
• Liquid exposure, heat damage, or chemical exposure
• Unauthorized modification, tampering, or repair
• Normal wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
• Use of materials not recommended or intended
• Failure to follow the instructions or safety guidelines
Devices showing signs of misuse are not eligible for warranty replacement.
14.3 Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
• Order number and proof of purchase
• A short video demonstrating the issue
• Photos of the device and any visible defect
• Confirmation that the device was used according to instructions
Rotengin™ may request additional information for verification.
Used devices generally do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.
14.4 Warranty Limitations
Rotengin™ is not responsible for:
• Losses arising from improper use
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers
The Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 15 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotengin™, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
• personal injury
• property damage
• lost time
• lost profits or business interruption
• damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or modification of the product
• any claim that the product “caused” additional losses beyond the device itself
Rotengin™ devices are mechanical tools. We are responsible only for the product itself — not for how it is used, stored, handled, modified, or misused by the user or by any third party.
In all cases, Rotengin’s total liability is strictly limited to the lesser of:
(1) the amount you paid for the product, or
(2) fifty dollars (USD $50).
If you are not willing to accept this limitation, you should not purchase or use Rotengin products.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted — contract, warranty, negligence, tort, or otherwise — even if Rotengin™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; however, the liability cap of $50 shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 16 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rotengin™, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of any Rotengin™ product, including operation inconsistent with instructions, recommended materials, or safety guidelines;
- Your breach of these Terms, including any representations, warranties, or obligations contained herein;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection laws);
- Any content, information, or materials you submit, including inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content;
- Your intentional misconduct or negligence;
- Any third party’s use of the Website or Services using your account, information, or access credentials.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account or discontinuation of your use of the Website or Products.
SECTION 17 – Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law
17.1 Informal Resolution First
Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Before initiating any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@rotengin.com and allow 30 days for Rotengin™ to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
17.2 Arbitration Agreement
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Rotengin™ agree to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of Rotengin™ products through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court and rather than before a jury.
• Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California
• Proceedings may occur in person or via remote video conference
• A neutral arbitrator will decide the dispute under streamlined consumer arbitration rules
• Both parties agree arbitration is typically faster, more efficient, and less costly than court litigation
This arbitration agreement applies to all claims, except those expressly excluded below.
17.3 Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:
• You waive the right to a trial by jury
• You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative lawsuit
• All disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis, and not as a class member or representative
Class-wide or consolidated proceedings are not permitted under this agreement.
17.4 Small Claims Court Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, provided the claim meets the applicable jurisdictional requirements.
17.5 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any permitted legal action (outside arbitration) must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
SECTION 18 – Termination
18.1 Right to Terminate
Rotengin™ may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
18.2 User Termination
You may stop using the Website or Products at any time.
Termination does not release you from any outstanding obligations, including payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
18.3 Survival of Terms
The following provisions survive termination for any reason:
- Product Use & Safety Obligations
- Pricing & Payment
- Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
- Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Warranty Limitations
- Limitation of Liability
- Indemnification
- Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
These obligations remain enforceable after the relationship ends.
SECTION 19 – Entire Agreement & General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
