Depending on usage and material consistency, the inner cloth apron typically lasts for about 600–1,200 preparation cycles before replacement.To replace it, slide the worn cloth off both shafts, then align the new apron with the same orientation and tension. Gently guide each shaft back through the cloth loops until both ends lock into place. Ensure the apron lies flat and even before closing the panels.

Using a light edge-moistening or sealing product is fine — just keep the application thin.Allow a few seconds for it to dry before completing the preparation to prevent sticking.If you use sealing products regularly, wipe the inner cloth apron and shafts after every few uses.For deeper cleaning, detach both shafts and gently clean any buildup with a cloth and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Avoid thick or sugar-based formulas, as they can leave heavier residue.

Rotengin™ features a five-level LED indicator — five bars means fully charged; one bar means it's time to recharge. A full charge takes about 2–3 hours using the included USB-C cable. You can safely use the device while it's charging. Each full charge typically supports 30–50 rolls, depending on usage and load size. For best performance, keep the battery above 20% to ensure the motor maintains full torque and consistent rolling strength. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator turns on — this means the device is active and ready for use.To begin a preparation cycle, place your material and wrap inside the chamber, close the front panel, and press and hold the front operation button to start the automated process.Release the button once the cycle finishes. To power off the device, press and hold the power button again until the LED indicator turns off.For best battery performance, it’s recommended to power off the unit after each use to maximize runtime between charges.

Yes. Rotengin™ supports "pass-through" charging, so you can use it while plugged in.

No. Please use a regular 5 V 1–2 A USB-C cable and adapter. High-voltage fast-charge adapters (9 V/12 V) may trigger the battery’s protection circuit, causing the device to stop charging.Switch back to a standard 5 V charger to restore normal function.

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, it may have been accepted by someone nearby (e.g., a neighbor).Please notify us at support@rotengin.com within 24 hours of the delivery status update so we can assist you immediately.

If your unit arrives defective or malfunctioning upon arrival, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost. To verify the issue, please email support@rotengin.com within 7 days of delivery, including: 1. Your order number 2. A brief description of the issue 3. Photos or a short video showing the problem.  Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement promptly.
