Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which orders may be canceled, replaced, or refunded when purchasing from Rotengin™ (“Rotengin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Rotengin™ does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect orders submitted by the customer
- Compatibility, preference, or performance expectations
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Refunds or replacements are provided only in cases involving a verified Rotengin™ error, such as:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Missing components
- Items damaged during transit

2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered fulfillment and no shipping label has been generated.
Once fulfillment begins or a shipping label is created, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
To request a cancellation prior to fulfillment, customers must contact support@rotengin.com immediately. Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items (Our Error Only)
If you receive an incorrect item, wrong color or model, missing components, or an item damaged during shipping, you must notify Rotengin™ within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@rotengin.com.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:
- Photos of all items received
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
- Your order number and tracking information
Incorrect items must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition to qualify for replacement. Opening or using an incorrect item constitutes acceptance of the product and disqualifies it from replacement.
At its discretion, Rotengin™ may:
- Ship the correct item
- Provide missing components
- Replace items damaged in transit
Replacement, not refund, is the exclusive remedy under this section.
Rotengin™ may require return of incorrect items only if they remain unopened and unused prior to issuing a replacement.
4. Defective Devices
If you believe your device is defective, you must contact support@rotengin.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo and/or video evidence.
Rotengin™ will first attempt troubleshooting support.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement device will be issued.
-Refunds are not provided for defective devices.
-Rotengin™ does not repair devices or provide spare parts.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
For items authorized for return due to a verified Rotengin™ error, return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Return shipping costs may be covered or credited at Rotengin™’s discretion, depending on the circumstances of the claim.
6. Relationship to Terms & Conditions
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Rotengin™’s Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall govern.
