This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from Rotengin™ (“Rotengin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times and delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery timelines may vary based on carrier conditions, volume, operational factors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Requirements
Rotengin™ ships only to valid physical residential or business addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rotengin™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect, outdated, or autofilled addresses
- Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers
- Carrier inability to deliver
- Address changes requested after an order has been processed
For certain shipments, including high-value orders or for safety reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
3. Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender)
If a package is returned to Rotengin™ due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the order may be reshipped once, provided that:
- The returned package has been received by Rotengin™;
- The customer supplies a corrected and complete shipping address; and
- The customer pays the applicable reshipping fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
Rotengin™ is not liable for:
- Packages lost due to address errors provided by the customer
- Theft or misdelivery after a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier
- Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved
Carrier tracking information marked as “Delivered” constitutes proof of delivery.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect all items promptly upon delivery.
Any damage or missing items must be reported to Rotengin™ within 48 hours of delivery, and must include clear photos of:
- The product
- The internal packaging
- The external shipping box
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Rotengin™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor disputes
- Accidents or natural events
Delivery timelines may be extended during such events.
7. Relationship to Terms & Conditions
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Rotengin™’s Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall govern.
